Can I still make changes to my order?
Because order processing happens quite quickly, we recommend notifying our customer service of any changes as soon as possible. We may still be able to make changes if contacted promptly.
Can I have my package delivered to a pickup location or postbox?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. We can only deliver to a residential address."

What happens if I'm not at home during the delivery of my order?
The courier can then offer the package to your neighbors or take it to the nearest pickup point. In both cases, you will be notified via your email address.
How do I return my order?
We are confident you'll enjoy CookingTotem products. However, if you believe a product is not suitable for you, we offer a 14-day return policy.
The product being returned must be in an undamaged condition and returned with the storage box and additional protective box it arrived in.
If your return item arrives without the box, or is deemed unsuitable by our inspection team for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
If you wish to return a CookingTotem product, please send an email to our team at email@example.com with your order name and order number, along with the reason for your return. We will ensure you receive the appropriate return form.
The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer.
I have received my order, but one or more items are damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that you have received one or more damaged items. To resolve this as quickly as possible, we kindly request you to contact us with the following information: your full name, your order number, a photo of the damaged item(s). Once we have received the information, our customer service will get in touch with you, and we will offer you a replacement or a refund for the damaged item(s).
Payments and Shipping Costs
What are the shipping costs for an order?
Delivery costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are free for orders starting from €35. For orders within EU countries, the shipping cost is €7.95.
What are the payment options?
iDEAL: Participating banks include ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank, and Van Lanschot Bankiers. The security of the transaction is guaranteed by the customer's bank. In the checkout, customers select iDEAL and their bank. They are then redirected to their bank's online environment and asked to log in. The amount to be transferred and further payment details are already filled in; the customer only needs to confirm the payment.
Klarna Pay Later: "Pay Later" allows you to pay within 14 days. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an invoice through Klarna. You handle the actual payment with Klarna.
Bancontact: Bancontact works similarly to iDEAL and is mainly used by our Belgian customers.
Credit Card: Paying with a credit card is very easy. All you need to do is enter your card details and authorize the payment. Cardholders can make purchases on credit and pay later. Typically, this payment is made at the end or beginning of the month.
Belfius Direct: Belfius is one of the largest Belgian banks. The bank provides its customers with its own payment solution. Belfius customers can make real-time payments in their familiar banking environment. The information, such as the beneficiary, amount, and description, is provided in advance, which eliminates the risk of failed transactions. Payments via Belfius Direct Net are guaranteed, and the status is available immediately. This makes the payment method an excellent way to receive payments from Belgian customers.
PayPal: When paying for a purchase, you can settle it using only the email address and password of your PayPal account, without needing to provide any personal or financial information, making it a very secure payment method. Payments can also be made via phone or tablet, allowing for easy payment from anywhere.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT. After ordering, you will be directed to the thank you page, which also serves as the purchase invoice.
